Global technology titan, Epson, is revolutionizing the dye-sublimation printing landscape with the introduction of two cutting-edge 64-inch models: the SureColor F9500 and SC-F9500H. These state-of-the-art machines, set to replace the SureColor F9400 and SC-F9400H, bring notable advancements in efficiency, user interface and print quality.
Revolutionary Design and Enhanced Efficiency
The SureColor F9500 and SC-F9500H printers boast a sleek, space-efficient design, reducing their height by over 300 mm from previous models. This compact configuration makes them ideal for installation in spaces with height constraints and provides additional workspace with a flat top design, perfect for accommodating a laptop.
A substantial 4.3-inch touchscreen, featuring a tilt function, offers real-time updates on printer status, ink levels and media settings, ensuring that users have immediate access to essential information.
The SureColor F9500 series significantly enhances productivity through the integration of a new, larger PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead, which boosts productivity by up to 30% in 4C mode. The Media Lifter feature simplifies setup, allowing for single-user operation, thereby making the process more practical and efficient.
Exceptional Image Quality and Expanded Colour Spectrum
Epson continues to push the limits of colour fidelity with the SureColor F9500H model, which can be equipped with orange and violet inks. This configuration extends the colour gamut by 20%, producing more vibrant and smoother hues. Additionally, the printers support fluorescent inks, ideal for creating bright, dynamic sportswear, soft signage and fashion applications.
Combining light inks with CMYK reduces graininess and enhances tonal gradation, elevating print quality, especially on rigid substrates. The SureColor F9500 series can also process CMYK image data and output using fluorescent inks, offering unparalleled versatility.
Dependability and User-Centric Maintenance
Epson’s dedication to reliability shines through in the SC-F9500 series with the inclusion of Nozzle Verification Technology (NVT) and Part OverLap (POL) features. These technologies autonomously detect nozzle conditions and adjust print quality as needed, ensuring consistent and dependable performance.
User-replaceable printheads can be swapped without specialized tools or service calls, minimizing downtime and maintaining high productivity levels. The bulk ink solution, featuring 1.6L ink packs with 45% more volume than prior models, further reduces printer downtime and streamlines ink replacement.
