FESPA has announced an expanded line-up of conference programmes and feature highlights for its 2026 events, scheduled to take place at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from May 19–22, 2026.

The event will bring together six co-located shows, FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Corrugated and Textile, alongside three dedicated knowledge platforms, the FESPA Conference, Corrugated Conference and WrapTalks. Sessions will be conducted in English and Spanish, with live translations available in multiple European languages.

At the centre of the programme is the newly introduced FESPA Conference, designed to provide insights into trends across speciality print, signage, textiles and personalisation. The sessions will focus on translating market developments into business growth opportunities, with speakers including Klaus Reisinger, Debbie McKeegan and Justin Cairns.

The debut Corrugated Conference will spotlight key developments in packaging, with discussions centred on automation, digitisation, cybersecurity and evolving regulations. Industry experts such as Stefan Liversidge and Thomas Orthax are set to share insights on navigating future industry challenges.

Meanwhile, the WrapTalks programme at WrapFest will explore the growing wrap segment, covering applications from vehicle wrapping to architectural interiors. Sessions will feature practitioners discussing production workflows, creative projects and industry diversity, including voices such as Chris Edwards and Paige Walton.

A key highlight of the event will be the World Wrap Masters competitions, with the European rounds taking place on May 19–20, followed by the global finals on May 21–22. The competition will see top regional installers compete in live, timed challenges, alongside daily demonstrations showcasing advanced wrapping techniques and technologies.

Commenting on the programme, Michael Ryan said the expanded conference offering aims to foster knowledge sharing, networking and business growth. He added that the inclusion of new verticals such as Corrugated, Textile and WrapFest reflects FESPA’s strategy to broaden its global community and align with evolving industry segments.

With its expanded portfolio and knowledge-driven agenda, FESPA 2026 is positioned to be one of the most comprehensive gatherings for the global print, packaging and visual communications industries.
