FESPA Launches New Textile-Focused Event At Fira Barcelona In May 2026

FESPA has announced the launch of Textile, a new event dedicated to printed textiles, apparel and décor, expanding on its 60-year legacy in screen and digital textile printing. The inaugural edition will be held from 19–22 May 2026 at Fira Barcelona, running alongside FESPA Global Print Expo, the Personalisation Experience, European Sign Expo and the new Corrugated event.
Designed as a focused platform for professionals working with garments, sportswear and interior décor, Textile will feature both an exhibition and a dedicated conference programme. Exhibitors will showcase a wide range of textile-related technologies, including roll-to-roll systems, DTG and DTF machinery, workflow software, embroidery and sewing equipment, finishing solutions, materials, inks and coatings.
Free-to-attend conference sessions will address productivity, efficiency, waste reduction and sustainable operations, while the event will also offer valuable networking opportunities for brands and designers seeking more agile and environmentally responsible supply chains. A single ticket will provide access to Textile and all four co-located FESPA events.
Duncan MacOwan, Head of Marketing and Events at FESPA, said the new show aims to create a focused environment that addresses the specific challenges and opportunities facing textile printers and brands. He noted that Textile will help businesses make smarter production decisions, improve speed-to-market and embrace sustainable, on-demand manufacturing.
Callum Legg, Group Sales and Project Manager at FESPA, added that the event will serve as a key meeting point for industry experts to explore new opportunities and responsible production practices, while enabling suppliers to build strong relationships with textile decision-makers. Additional details, including exhibitors and the full conference programme, will be announced in the coming months.
