First Bruckner Stenter Buyer Invests In New Coating Line
Textilveredlung Drechsel which bought the first Stenter from Bruckner in 1952, has again invested in a state-of-the-art new Bruckner coating line
Textilveredlung, a German contract finisher and coater, was founded as a Dyehouse and initially dealt in dyeing of yarns as well as re-dyeing used clothing.
According to Bruckner, the heart of the new coating line is a seven compartment Stenter of the latest generation called the Brückner Power-Frame SFP-4, which will also presented for the first time at ITMA.
“The Power-Frame SFP-4 Stenter is the most energy-efficient stenter on the market and is characterised by a newly developed air supply system for the introduction of preheated fresh air from a heat-recovery system into the thermal chamber and many other optimizations for maintenance and energy efficiency,” the company said in a press release.
“Depending on the design, the new air supply system can increase the efficiency of a heat-recovery unit by more than 50%,” it added.
Each Brückner stenter is available with a wide range of heating systems, both direct gas heating and indirect heating systems like gas, steam, electric and oil, as well as combinations of these are also possible.
“In addition, the new generation of lines is equipped with state-of-the-art monitoring and control systems, which help the machine operator to keep a permanent eye on the most important quality parameters as well as on the energy consumption and utilisation of the line,” the German company also said.
