Freudenberg Apparel Opens Advanced Thermal Insulation Factory In Vietnam
Freudenberg Performance Materials Apparel (Freudenberg Apparel) has announced the opening of its advanced thermal insulation factory in Long Thanh district, Vietnam. This facility produces comfortemp, Freudenberg’s high-performance thermal insulation material for fashion and sportswear apparel.
“Opening our first production site in Vietnam enables us to meet the growing demand in Southeast Asian and South Asian garment manufacturing industries, reinforcing our presence and commitment to the region,” stated John McNabb, Chief Technology Officer at Freudenberg Performance Materials. “Localizing production in Vietnam reduces lead times and streamlines the supply chain, delivering exceptional value for customers.”
The Vietnamese facility produces sustainable thermal insulations, aligning with customers’ sustainable garment production goals.
This new factory expands Freudenberg Apparel’s thermal insulation production in key Asian markets, including the Chinese mainland and South Korea. It strengthens Freudenberg Apparel’s global production capabilities and supply network, enhancing the company’s competitive edge in Asia and reaffirming its dedication to innovation in the apparel industry.
