Gartex Texprocess India 2025 Draws Record Visitors

The 13th edition of Gartex Texprocess India 2025, the country’s most comprehensive exhibition on garment and textile machinery, concluded successfully on 23rd August 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, recording an impressive 15,790 visitors across three days.

The expo drew participants from 436 Indian cities and 31 countries, making it a truly global platform for showcasing innovation in textiles, denim, leather, and garment manufacturing. With over 200 exhibitors, the event highlighted cutting-edge solutions in automation, digital printing, embroidery, trims, accessories, sustainable textiles, chemicals, AI-driven production, and textile care.

Positioned as an industry benchmark, Gartex Texprocess India 2025 placed strong emphasis on high-quality, high-speed, and cost-effective products, while enabling collaborations, business networking, and investment opportunities for India’s expanding textile and apparel ecosystem.

Knowledge-driven sessions such as Denim Talks, state-led interactions from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, and the Textile Care Forum engaged stakeholders on new developments, sustainability practices, and evolving consumer trends. Exhibitors also launched new collections and machinery, receiving strong buyer interest.

Industry leaders expressed optimism about the platform:
Nirmit Dalmia, Director, R&B Denims Ltd, called it “an excellent experience to understand denim trends, showcase new garment lines, and meet buyers.”

Amir Akhtar, Group President & CEO, Jindal Worldwide Ltd, highlighted consumer preference for “lighter, drapey fabrics in earthy tones,” while raising concerns over the 25% US tariff impact on exporters.

Deepak Teotia, Director & Sales Head – India, Fynd, noted over 120 meaningful conversations on Day 1, marking the company’s successful debut.

Kiran Patil, Regional Manager, Morgan Tecnica, emphasized the show’s systematic organization and its role in driving awareness.

Rakesh Dash, Sales Head, Orgaearth Cleansol Pvt Ltd, praised the event as a key platform to expand reach in textile care solutions.

Visitors echoed similar sentiments. Sanjay Vala, Director, Kanchan Fabrics, credited the expo with helping his company adopt advanced care systems, while Sarfaraj Patel, MD, Pan Gujarat, lauded the “variety and innovation in fabrics compared to previous editions.”

The New Delhi edition also featured the Denim Show, Fabrics and Trims Show, Screen Print India – Textiles, and LeatherX Pavilion, further diversifying its offerings.

Looking ahead, Gartex Texprocess India will host its next edition in Mumbai from 9–11 April 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Center, extending its reach to a wider base of stakeholders. With the industry rapidly embracing new technologies, the platform continues to bridge innovation with industry requirements, reinforcing its role as a growth catalyst for India’s textile and garment manufacturing sectors.
