German Textile Leaders Host Symposium on Warp-Knitted Elastic Fabrics in India
Leading German textile companies Brückner, Groz-Beckert, Karl Mayer Group and Thies are organizing a symposium in Surat, India, on October 11 and 12, 2023. The event, which will be held at the Marriott Hotel, Surat, will focus on the increasing demand for warp-knitted elastic fabrics in the Indian textile industry.
Over the past few years, the demand for warp-knitted elastic fabrics has surged, presenting new growth opportunities for the Indian textile industry. However, this trend also brings challenges due to the distinct production methods required for these fabrics.
To support the Indian warp-knitting industry in adapting to this change, the four German companies are hosting a specialist symposium on the “Production of Warp-Knitted Elastic Fabric.” The event aims to facilitate knowledge exchange and strengthen cooperation within the industry. It will feature technical presentations, best practice examples and the presentation of cutting-edge technologies and innovations in warp knitting. Interactive sessions and discussions will promote networking and collaboration among participants.
