Harish Textile Engineers is set to relaunch its rotary printing technology with innovative developments. The relaunched rotary printing technology includes a unique system for attending to screens during printing, high-quality brushes for thorough and fast cleaning of the blanket and improved dryers for efficient fabric drying at high speeds.
The new developments in rotary printing technology include individual servo drive for printing head, printing blanket drive with servo motor, variable repeats – 640, 820, 914 & 1018, printing speed up to 100 mtrs/min, specially designed open bearing for screen rotation, magnet squeegee, blade squeegee or combination, special pedestal for easy removal of the screen with a colour pipe, fast locking & setting of screens in heads, quick memorizing of “0” setting of screens, digital operator panel for instant adjustment of design settings, perfect synchronization of screen rotation speed with blanket speed, accurate fabric orientation for printing even two fabrics side by side, absolute accuracy in printing even at high speeds.
Harish’s offering is versatile, suitable for printing carpet, flannels, fleece, and more, with printing widths ranging from 1400 mm to 3200 mm.
