Harper Hygienics Appoints Janis Bormanis To Supervisory Board
Harper Hygienics S.A. announced the appointment of Janis Bormanis to its Supervisory Board, effective September 24, 2025.
Bormanis is a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in corporate and investment banking, debt and project financing, and capital markets. He has held senior leadership roles at major banks in Germany and Latvia and has advised on complex financing transactions across the Baltics and Poland, including corporate restructuring and large-scale modernization projects. Since 2011, he has served as Managing Partner at IFA and, since 2022, as Deputy Chairman of the Council of iCotton SIA.
