Heberlein Technology AG: Beginning Of A New Chapter

Heberlein AG, the world’s leading supplier of jets for synthetic yarns, has announced the successful sale of its business on October 31, 2023. The company will now operate under the name “Heberlein Technology AG” starting from November 1, 2023.

The new joint ownership includes Heberlein’s dedicated management team, industry expert Daniel Lippuner, and the Renaissance Investment Foundation. This strategic move aims to secure the company’s long-term success by combining its rich traditions with innovative capabilities.

With around 80 employees and a robust infrastructure in Wattwil, Switzerland, Heberlein Technology AG will continue to develop, produce and distribute essential components for the man-made fibre industry, ensuring international customers can rely on the same high-quality products and unwavering reliability.

The board of directors and the management team of Heberlein AG welcomed the new ownership structure and express their confidence that it will safeguard the company’s traditions and drive future success, contributing positively to the business location of Toggenburg and the canton of St. Gallen.
