In China, Heberlein’s new APe series can reduce compressed air consumption by 15%, translating to approximately $1 savings per hour, even in a market with relatively low energy costs. For a machine equipped with APe series jets (288 positions), this amounts to $24.3 in daily savings. The APe series covers a range from 67 dtex to 800 dtex and includes the APe141 jet insert for high interlacing density and light to medium stability.

Heberlein’s PolyJet-SP3 is gaining global acclaim for spinning textile yarn, while the PolyJet-TG-3-HP405A/WO70 (TopAir) excels in producing high-quality technical yarns with consistent interlacing density and robust knots. The PolyJet series features a quick-release system for easy jet pack exchanges and a space-saving design with protective roll bars.
