HUGO BOSS Appoints Stephan Sturm As Chairman
At the Annual General Meeting of HUGO BOSS AG, Stephan Sturm, Andreas Kurali, and Michael Murray were elected to the Supervisory Board, succeeding Hermann Waldemer, Gaetano Marzotto, and Robin J. Stalker. Iris Epple-Righi, Luca Marzotto, and Christina Rosenberg were re-elected.
In its follow-up meeting, the board named Stephan Sturm as Chairman, succeeding Hermann Waldemer, who concluded his five-year term. Sturm brings extensive leadership experience from Fresenius Group, Lufthansa, and Knorr-Bremse.
Andreas Kurali was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee. All Supervisory Board members will serve five-year terms.
