Indo Count Q3 Revenue At Rs 1074 Crore

Indo Count Industries Ltd reported revenue of Rs 1,074 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, with adjusted EBITDA of Rs 112 crore and profit after tax of Rs 24 crore. Sales volumes for the quarter stood at 24.8 million metres.

The company said performance was impacted by lower volumes, margin pressures, the effect of US tariffs and incubation costs related to new business initiatives, which weighed on year-on-year profitability.

Despite these challenges, Indo Count continued to advance its diversification strategy. New businesses, including utility bedding and US brand operations, generated Rs 210 crore in revenue, accounting for around 20 per cent of total revenue, compared with 17 per cent in the previous quarter. The company also commenced commercial operations at its new greenfield pillow manufacturing facility in the United States in January 2026, strengthening its North American manufacturing footprint and improving market responsiveness.

Commenting on the outlook, Executive Chairman Anil Kumar Jain said recent trade developments and easing of tariff uncertainty, along with the ramp-up of new facilities and businesses, are expected to support growth momentum, while the company remains focused on expanding its product portfolio and strengthening its global market presence.
