“We have sold around five million Flyers under the brand name of ‘InspirOn Flyer’ since inception and have emerged as a global leader with over 75% of Flyer’s business generated from overseas markets from OEMs across the world,” the company said.
The rest of the Flyer business comes from replacement markets in several countries like, Argentina, Bangladesh, China, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, the United States, Vietnam and Zimbabwe.
InspirOn offers both spindle driven AC Flyers and suspended ACS Flyers. Advantages of these Flyers include mechanical speeds of up to 1600 RPM; suspended design permits larger package size; steel presser leads to compact bobbin built up of 5-8% more than that of aluminium presser and improved quality, while highly smooth stainless steel tube ensures resistance free movement of fibers inside the Flyer.
InspirOn has also developed an energy efficient Stenter, the ‘Motex 15000 / SprintOn’ Stenter machine, which has a ‘Uniflo Nozzle’ patented system for efficient and even-drying of fabrics.
In the Indian market, the Stenter is branded as ‘Motex 15000’; while for overseas markets it is branded as ‘SprintOn’, with the motto of ‘European quality at Asian prices’.
The Stenter assures optimum utilisation of heat energy and high productivity, low downtime and minimum maintenance and can handle a wide variety of fabrics from cotton, polyester, flock, wool, viscose; nylon etc. in woven knitted and pile forms.
