ITM 2024 Opens With Record Number of Exhibitors & Visitors From 74 Countries

ITM 2024 Exhibition, uniting textile technology leaders, global investors and professional visitors, has opened with a record number of exhibitors and visitors from 74 countries. Thousands of international visitors attended the first day, indicating a promising outlook for company diversity and the number of participants.

The ITM 2024 International Textile Machinery Exhibition and HIGHTEX 2024 Technical Textiles and Nonwovens Exhibition, organized by Teknik Fair Inc. and Tüyap Tüm Fuarcılık Yapım A.Ş. in cooperation with TEMSAD, officially began on June 4. The opening ceremony at Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre saw attendance from presidents of associations and unions globally, as well as senior executives from various companies.

Necip Güney, Chairman of the Board of Teknik Fairs, expressing delight at the turnout, stated, “The interest shown in our exhibition on the first day made us and our exhibitors very happy. The intense interest shows that we will host thousands of international visitors from Europe to Asia, the Middle East to North Africa, the Turkic Republics to the Balkans. We manage ITM exhibitions with a professional team of approximately 1,000 people. The increase in the number of exhibitors and visitors every year shows that our efforts have not been in vain. I would like to thank all our industry stakeholders and teammates who contributed to this success. I also express my gratitude to our valuable exhibitors and visitors who traveled miles to witness this great meeting in our country.”

The ITM 2024 Exhibition, running for five days at Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre, will host world launches of leading textile technology brands. With a goal of generating a billion-euro business volume through machine sales and new collaborations, ITM 2024 aims to invigorate the textile machinery industry.

Under the motto ‘Discover the Future,’ ITM 2024 provides an unparalleled opportunity to discover the latest innovations, establish new business contacts and shape the textile industry’s future. Delegations and global textile investors from countries such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, India and Egypt will attend. HIGHTEX 2024 International Technical Textiles and Nonwovens Exhibition, Turkey’s first and only event of its kind, is organized simultaneously with ITM 2024. HIGHTEX 2024 will showcase nonwoven products, raw materials and the latest technical textile technologies, accelerating industry advancements through new collaborations. The exhibition will feature products ranging from advanced medical textiles to high-performance materials used in aviation and automotive industries, hygiene products and innovative solutions for agriculture and food industries.
