Jaspal Group Advances Centric PLM Implementation Across 16 Brands

Thailand-based fashion and lifestyle company Jaspal Group has reached a key milestone in Phase 2 of its Centric PLM implementation, automating product development workflows across its portfolio of 16 brands.

Jaspal Group selected Centric PLM in 2024 to improve speed and consistency in product development. Phase 1, completed in 2025, involved replacing its legacy product data management (PDM) system and consolidating product information on Centric PLM.

Phase 2 focuses on standardising and automating product development processes, enabling teams to work with greater visibility and collaboration from concept to market.

“Sample styles are created the moment tech packs go to suppliers, and status updates flow straight into size-chart evaluation, so teams always know where a style stands without chasing it,” said Suthep Thanombooncharoen, Chief Technology Officer, Jaspal Group.

Designers, merchandisers, garment technicians and pattern teams now work from a common product information platform and follow standardised development processes across brands.

Thanombooncharoen said the company had completed all Phase 2 milestones on time, within budget and scope, adding that the implementation has improved day-to-day visibility and created a more scalable foundation for growth.

Fabrice Canonge, CEO, Centric Software, said the connected digital foundation would support Jaspal Group as it expands its diverse brand portfolio.

Jaspal Group operates brands across fashion, footwear and accessories in Thailand and other markets.
