Kasturi Cotton, Amazon Engage Karur Exporters On Global E-commerce

Kasturi Cotton Bharat, in collaboration with Amazon Global Selling, recently hosted an interactive session for members of the Karur Textile Manufacturer Exporters’ Association (KTMEA), focusing on enabling Indian manufacturers and exporters, particularly in the home textiles segment, to leverage global e-commerce platforms.
The session facilitated discussions on how exporters can use Amazon’s global marketplace to access international consumers who value quality, authenticity and sustainability. Emphasis was placed on enhancing market access, improving brand visibility and building trust with global buyers through traceable, premium Indian cotton.
Highlighting Karur’s long-standing strength as a major hub for home textiles, the collaboration showcased how the integration of Kasturi Cotton, India’s premium cotton brand, with digital global platforms can unlock new growth opportunities for exporters and help meet rising international demand.
During the event, Kasturi Cotton Bharat presented P. Gopalakrishnan, President, KTMEA, with a product made from Kasturi Cotton, symbolising a shared commitment to quality, traceability and excellence in Indian cotton.
The initiative reinforced the role of digital platforms in strengthening India’s position as a trusted global supplier of premium home textiles, driven by sustainability, quality and innovation.
