Klüber Exhibiting Specialty Lubricants At ITMA

Klüber Lubrication will exhibit specialty lubricants which can help to significantly improve process efficiency and achieve the sustainability goals of essential processes in textile manufacturing at ITMA 2023 in Hall 2, Stall E202.

Klüber Lubrication will display their comprehensive portfolio which covers the entire value chain, from spinning, weaving and knitting to finishing.

“All speciality lubricants developed by Klüber Lubrication are designed to help overcome the challenges in textile production, such as changing humidity, temperature fluctuations and high loads, and at the same time help the industry to meet their sustainability goal,” the company said in a press release.

Klüber will also showcase a new addition to their portfolio, Klübersynth MEG 4, a long lasting lubricant for weaving loom gears which leads to less heat generation and decreases energy consumption.

According to the company, the new gear oil offers high scuffing protection and excellent micropitting load carrying capacity for gears.

“Our high-performance specialty lubricants, in combination with our dedicated service portfolio, help customers not only to reduce their environmental footprint, but also to increase production efficiency and so reduce production costs,” says Çağrı Güngör, Textile Industry Market Development Manager at Klüber Lubrication.

“Our EnergyEfficiency Service program helps our customers to reduce costs, consumption, and production loss in their production facilities,” Güngör adds.
