Land Allotments Open For PM MITRA Park In Dhar

The Ministry of Textiles has officially opened land allotment applications for the PM MITRA Park in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, marking a major milestone in India’s push to establish itself as a global textile manufacturing hub. Applications will remain open until September 11, 2025, 6 PM.
The Dhar park, spread over 2,158 acres of prime industrial land, is part of the government’s visionary initiative to integrate the entire textile value chain from Farm to Fibre to Factory to Fashion to Foreign, under one roof. The project reflects the 5F Vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is designed to combine scale, speed and sustainability.
The PM MITRA Park in Dhar offers land premium of just Re 1, water supply at Rs 25/KL, power tariff at Rs 4.5/unit and plug-and-play infrastructure with ready-to-use factory buildings
The park features state-of-the-art physical and social infrastructure, including:
- Roads, stormwater systems, reliable water and power supply
- Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)
- R&D and training centres
- Warehousing and logistics facilities
- Worker hostels, healthcare centres, and commercial spaces
This fully integrated and self-sustaining ecosystem ensures manufacturers can commence operations quickly, while benefiting from both Central and state government incentives.
