Laxmi Looms Launching Cam-Driven Rapier Loom At ITMA
India headquartered Laxmi Looms, will launch their latest technology – a Cam-driven rapier loom named LHR 450 at ITMA 2023 in Hall 6, Stall C108.
The Laxmi LHR 450 high-speed rapier loom is a state-of-the-art cam beat-up loom developed by Laxmi Looms under “Make in India” campaign for better sustainability and growth with indigenous manufacturing and in-house automation.
The Laxmi LHR 450 will be available in reed spaces from 180 cms to 380 cms with WIR of 1000 metre/minute.
It also incorporates a suitable servo take-up & let-off with beam flange diameter of up to 1,000 mm, with stepper motor driven 8-colour weft presenter, pick-finding device, independent leno motion and energy-efficient motor, which makes it suitable for weaving light to heavy fabric.
It comes with a control cabinet for integrated and efficient performance of loom with easy access to operational parameters on a touch-panel and with a vision of integrating IOT 4.0 in the near future.
“With the in-house development of machine and control cabinet and customisation options, a customer can take advantage of varied and specialised weaving need,” the company said.
With LHR 450, Laxmi Looms is also exploring new market openings for woven technical textiles.
