Lea Rytz Goldman Named ‘Global Brand President’ For Tommy Hilfiger

PVH Corp. has announced Lea Rytz Goldman as the Global Brand President for Tommy Hilfiger, set to join by Spring 2024, reporting to PVH CEO Stefan Larsson. This key leadership appointment aligns with PVH’s strategic PVH+ Plan, aiming to elevate Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into premier lifestyle brands globally.

Currently the Managing Director of COS, Rytz Goldman has recently led the revitalization and strong global growth of the COS brand in over 40 markets worldwide. With a decade-long successful brand leadership tenure at H&M Group, she also spearheaded the repositioning and growth of Arket. Bringing over 20 years of brand leadership experience, Rytz Goldman has a proven track record of driving increased brand desirability and sustainable, profitable growth.

Stefan Larsson emphasized Rytz Goldman’s unique ability as a brand and business builder, expressing confidence in her leadership to drive global growth for Tommy Hilfiger. Tommy Hilfiger himself praised Rytz Goldman’s alignment with the brand’s vision, combining a strong brand outlook with disciplined execution.

Rytz Goldman expressed her eagerness to contribute to Tommy Hilfiger’s exciting growth path, emphasizing her resonance with the brand’s rich history and core values. Martijn Hagman will continue as Chief Executive Officer of PVH Europe, focusing on long-term, profitable growth in the region, and will lead the Tommy Hilfiger global business until Rytz Goldman assumes her role next year.
