Maulin Shah To Lead Yarn Business At Arvind Advanced Materials
Arvind Advanced Materials Limited has appointed Maulin Shah as Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Yarn Business. In his new role, Shah will lead the company’s yarn operations, focusing on strengthening capabilities in technical textiles and supporting the next phase of growth and innovation.
With more than three decades of experience in spinning and fibre technology, Shah brings deep expertise in yarn manufacturing, product development and advanced fibre applications. His industry knowledge is expected to play a key role in advancing the company’s high-performance materials portfolio.
Prior to this appointment, Shah served as Head of Spinning at Arvind Limited, where he oversaw yarn production and quality management. During his tenure, he worked extensively on optimising production efficiency, improving yarn quality and developing new fibre blends, including Tencel, Modal, Nomex, polyester and specialised blends such as Kevlar and polypropylene.
His long association with Arvind and extensive experience in spinning operations positions him well to lead Arvind Advanced Materials Limited’s yarn business as it continues to expand its presence in the technical textiles segment.
