Muratec Presents ‘Core-Color’ At ITMA Asia
Murata Machinery Ltd (Textile Machinery Div.) showcased VORTEX 870 EX at the ITMA Asia exhibition, drawing attention for its excellence since its release. Demonstrations spotlight the spinning of recycled polyester, catering to the rising demand for sustainable practices.
One standout feature is the “Core-Color” presented by Muratec, a pioneering proposal for sustainable textile production. “Core-Color” involves coloured filament yarn covered with white 100% rayon, offering a quick and easy way to produce yarns in various colours by preparing core filaments of different hues. The exhibit includes 7 fabric samples, inviting attendees to explore the impact of changes in spinning conditions on colours, spinning speed, yarn count and other settings.
In a noteworthy collaboration, the Trützschler Group has joined Murata Machinery Ltd in the success of VORTEX spinning technology. The Murata Machinery booth presents these innovations first-hand for the visitors to witness the future of sustainable textile manufacturing.
