NISTI-IIT Delhi To Host Conference On Sustainability In T&C

The North India Section of the Textile Institute (NISTI), in collaboration with the Department of Textile and Fibre Engineering at IIT Delhi, has announced a one-day conference titled “Sustainability in Textiles & Clothing – Emerging Trends in Fibres, Fabrics, Processes, and Fashion.” The event will take place on 14th December 2024 at the Lecture Hall Complex, IIT Delhi, with the aim of fostering innovation, collaboration and actionable insights into sustainable practices in the textile and clothing industry.

The conference will feature a distinguished lineup of industry leaders, government officials, academicians and students, addressing critical themes such as circular economy principles, sustainable production and responsible consumption in textiles.
