Nitesh Kanchan Appointed CEO Of Arrow
Arvind Fashions Ltd has appointed Nitesh Kanchan as Chief Executive Officer of Arrow, marking a key leadership move for the iconic menswear brand as it enters its next phase of growth in India.
In his new role, Kanchan will lead Arrow’s strategy across product development, brand building, digital initiatives and omni-channel retail, strengthening its position in formal wear while expanding into smart casual and lifestyle categories.

With over two decades of experience across fashion and retail, his blend of commercial acumen, digital expertise and deep industry understanding positions him well to accelerate the brand’s growth.”
Kanchan brings more than 20 years of experience spanning fashion, beauty and retail. At Arvind Fashions, he most recently served as Chief Digital Officer, leading the company’s digital and omni-channel businesses across marketplaces and brand-owned platforms such as NNNOW. He has previously held leadership roles including CEO of Sephora India, COO of Arrow, and senior positions across business finance and digital functions for global brands such as Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
He holds a B.Tech in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi and has completed an executive programme in Leading Digital Transformation from IIM Bangalore.
As CEO, Kanchan will focus on reinforcing Arrow’s leadership in formal and occasion wear, enhancing consumer experience across online and offline channels, and driving profitable growth through data-led and technology-driven strategies.
