Orange O Tec Launches High-Speed Colorix Position Pro At SITEX 2026
Surat witnessed a major leap in digital textile innovation as Orange O Tec unveiled its next-generation Colorix Position Pro for embroidery and jacquard at SITEX 2026.
The advanced positioning printing system was formally launched by Rajesh Gandhi, Senior Vice-President of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry and promoter of Vadilal Industries, along with Nikhil Madrasi, President of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI), in the presence of senior industry members.
The Colorix Position Pro is a high-speed, direct-to-fabric digital textile printer equipped with 16 Kyocera KJ4B industrial printheads, delivering print speeds of up to 320 linear metres per hour. Designed specifically for embroidery, jacquard, lace and positioning printing, the machine integrates a high-precision industrial vision system to ensure accurate fabric alignment and flawless detailing.
Powered by NeoStampa RIP software, the system offers superior colour accuracy, smooth gradation and automated workflow management. One of its key highlights is the Automatic Red File Processing System, which reduces file preparation time from nearly two hours to just 15–20 minutes, significantly enhancing production efficiency.
