Pilot Knit Partners With Coats Digital To Streamline Production
Pilot Knit Garment, a leading Thai sportswear manufacturer and part of Yong Udom Textile Group, has implemented Coats Digital’s FastReactPlan to streamline its production planning. This digital solution aims to improve efficiencies, enhance On-Time Delivery Performance (OTDP), and reduce lead times by integrating accurate planning and forecasting data.
Established in 1986, Pilot Knit produces 200,000 pieces monthly for major brands like Nike and Converse. Managing Director Ampon Ruayfupan stated, “With capacity and production planning playing such a business-critical element of our business, we needed a comprehensive planning tool to streamline our operations, improve efficiencies and provide accurate visibility into the capacity of our production lines so that we could confidently take on new business and plan orders months in advance.”

This collaboration is expected to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs significantly.
