PUMA Launches Green Flags Podcast To Champion Sustainability

PUMA has unveiled Green Flags, a five-part podcast series focused on sustainability, hosted by Manchester United captain Maya Le Tissier, fashion expert Oli Bromfield and pro-footballer-turned-content creator Moses Duckrell. The series aims to engage Gen Z listeners and raise awareness about how small changes can combat climate change.

The podcast features a fun and competitive twist, as the hosts take on playful sustainability challenges each week, from upcycling to generating electricity from potatoes, to see who can earn the most “green flags.” These challenges are designed to educate and inspire listeners, demonstrating how everyday choices impact the environment and encouraging collective action towards sustainability.

Maya Le Tissier shared her excitement, saying, “I’m so excited to be a part of this podcast which brings sustainability to the forefront of Gen Z listeners. It’s a lot of fun to complete the sustainability challenges and learn more about the small changes we can all make to fight climate change.”

Anne-Laure Descours, Chief Sourcing Officer at PUMA, emphasized the importance of collective action: “The climate crisis can seem overwhelming, however, all of us have the power to make better decisions for the future of our planet, no matter how small.”
