Pure-Fiber Expands Capacity With Major Investment In Trützschler Spinning Technology

Pure-Fiber Textile Technology Co. Ltd, one of the world’s largest producers of Muratec Vortex Spun (MVS) yarns, is expanding its operations with two new spinning plants in Xuzhou, China. To support this growth, the company has signed a significant contract with Trützschler for over 500 machines, including blow room systems, 168 TC 15 carding machines and 264 draw frame heads.
This agreement marks the continuation of a long-standing partnership between the two companies that began in 2015. Pure-Fiber exclusively uses Trützschler equipment for its spinning preparation lines, citing the technology’s reliability, efficiency and contribution to MVS yarn quality.

The new facilities will bring Pure-Fiber’s total carding capacity to 312 machines, enabling production of over 200,000 tonnes of yarn annually. The Xuzhou plant will also house another massive blow room line featuring eight Trützschler bale openers replicating the world’s largest existing blow room, already operating in a Pure-Fiber workshop.
Known for low energy consumption, minimal cotton waste and high operational stability, Trützschler’s pre-spinning technology is critical to ensuring consistent quality in MVS yarns. “Every day, our team witnesses the superior productivity and quality delivered by Trützschler equipment,” said Shen Jiawei, Equipment Manager at Pure-Fiber.

Looking ahead, Pure-Fiber plans to install over 800 additional spinning preparation machines in the next phases of its expansion. This major investment underscores Pure-Fiber’s continued trust in Trützschler as it scales its operations to meet growing global demand for high-quality core-spun and blended yarns.
