PVH Corp. Announces Two New Leadership Appointments
PVH Corp. has appointed Sophia Hwang-Judiesch as the President of Tommy Hilfiger North America, effective January 8, 2024. She will report to Stefan Larsson, CEO of PVH. Amba Subrahmanyam has been promoted to Chief People Officer at PVH and will join the executive leadership team. Both Hwang-Judiesch and Subrahmanyam will contribute to the global Tommy Hilfiger leadership team.
Hwang-Judiesch, with a background in leading omni-channel brands like Ulta Beauty, Carter’s Oshkosh, and Esprit, brings a proven track record of driving brand and market growth. She was previously President at Hudson’s Bay, overseeing retail stores in Canada. Subrahmanyam, currently EVP of People for PVH Americas and Calvin Klein Global, will succeed Julie Fuller as Chief People Officer, effective February 5, 2024.
Stefan Larsson expressed excitement about Hwang-Judiesch joining to unlock Tommy Hilfiger’s potential in North America. With Donald Kohler leading Calvin Klein North America, Larsson believes they now have the leadership strength for both brands in North America. Larsson thanked Julie Fuller for her contributions and welcomed Subrahmanyam to the leadership team, praising her for the transformation of Calvin Klein and early North America business unlock.
Subrahmanyam expressed enthusiasm about partnering with the leadership team to execute the PVH+ Plan, focusing on becoming one of the best brand builders in an entrepreneurial way. The succession plan ensures a seamless transition as Fuller departs to pursue other opportunities. These strategic moves aim to strengthen PVH’s leadership and drive growth for key brands in North America.
