Q1FY’24 EPS More Than Halves At Winsome Industries
Earnings per share (EPS) more than halved to Rs 2.32 in the first fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2023 at Winsome Textile Industries as against Rs 5.23 in the comparable quarter of fiscal 2023.
The Himachal Pradesh based spinner reported total income of Rs 207.54 crores during the period under review, down 6.23 percent vis-à-vis Rs 221.32 crores in the quarter ending June 30, 2022.
Net profit at the Ashish Bagrodia led company also witnessed net profit dropping 55.42 percent to Rs 4.61 in the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 10.34 crores in the same quarter of fiscal 2022, down 55.42 % for the period ended June 30, 2022.
Winsome Textile Industries has installed capacity of 106,000 spindles, a dye house with capacity of 33 tons per day and a yarn dyed knitting fabric capacity of seven tons per day.
