Q1FY’24 Vardhman Textiles Net Profit Drops Sharply
In the first fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2023, Vardhman Textiles net profit dropped sharply by 58.53 percent to Rs 136.47 crore, compared to Rs 329.12 crore in the corresponding quarter of earlier fiscal
EBITDA too dropped 41.88 percent to Rs. 309.88 crore in the reporting quarter as against Rs 533.17 crore in the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
Revenue from operations in the first quarter of fiscal 2024 fell slower at 17.55 percent from a year ago quarter to Rs 2,318.30 crore.
The Ludhiana based company reported EPS of Rs 4.80 for the period ended June 30, 2023 vis-à-vis Rs 10.83 for the period ended June 301, 2022.
