Q3FY’24 Net Loss At Sutlej Textile & Industries Plunges Further
Net loss at Sutlej Textile & Industries plunged 93.82 percent to Rs 30.08 crores in the third fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2023 from a net loss of Rs 15.56 crores in the comparable quarter of earlier fiscal.
However, drop in net loss in the three months to December 31, 2023 was slower at 49.44 percent, when compared with the quarter ended September 30, 2023
Total revenue at the CS Nopany led textile manufacturer stood at Rs 607.47 crore in the reporting quarter, down 8.6 percent year over year and also down 17.34 percent quarter over quarter.
In the quarter under review, selling, general and administrative expenses fell by 11.95 percent over a year ago period and declined 11.95 percent over its previous quarter
In the three months to December 31, 2023, operating income plummeted 157.54 percent year on year. However, it rose 45.11 percent over the three months to September 2023 quarter.
