Recover Launches Vietnam Recycled Cotton Denim With Dawn Denim

Recover, a leading materials science company specializing in sustainable fibre innovation, has announced its first garments made with recycled cotton fibres produced at its newly opened Vietnam facility.
The debut collection is being developed in collaboration with Dawn Denim, a Berlin-based brand known for its strong commitment to sustainability, ethical production and transparency.
The new denim styles, slated for a Spring Summer 2026 release, feature a high-performance fibre blend incorporating Recover recycled cotton sourced from post-industrial textile waste at the Vietnam plant.
By replacing conventional cotton with recycled fibres, the products achieve significant environmental savings up to 99.9% less water usage and up to 93% reduction in CO₂ emissions, based on Recover’s Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) data (2022, 2025), verified by EcoReview.
The upcoming line includes styles such as Celestial, a slim-flared women’s jean; Callisto, a denim jacket; and Sunset, a slim-fit women’s jean—all made in Vietnam under the Dawn Denim x Recover collaboration.
The collection underscores the efficiency of localized sourcing and production. By integrating Vietnam-produced recycled cotton into its supply chain in the same region, Dawn Denim strengthens its circularity model while accelerating development timelines.
The collaboration was unveiled through a visual campaign shot inside Recover’s Vietnam factory, capturing the intersection of industrial aesthetics and sustainable denim innovation.
