S.P. Apparels Reports Strong Q1 FY26 Performance With 63% Revenue Growth

S.P. Apparels Ltd has reported robust financial performance for the first quarter of FY26, driven by strong growth across its garment division and consolidated operations. On a consolidated basis, the company posted total revenue of Rs 4,050.7 million in Q1 FY26, marking a significant 63.3% year-on-year increase from Rs 2,480.3 million in the same quarter last year. EBITDA for the quarter stood at Rs 545.6 million, up 52.8% from Rs 357.1 million in Q1 FY25, while profit after tax rose 14.5% year-on-year to Rs 206.6 million. Earnings per share for the quarter improved to Rs 8.2 from Rs 7.2 in the previous year.
On a standalone basis, the company reported adjusted revenue of Rs 2,877.0 million in Q1 FY26, reflecting a 34.5% increase compared to Rs 2,138.6 million in Q1 FY25. Adjusted EBITDA rose 20.7% to Rs 436.6 million, and profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 198.9 million, translating into an EPS of Rs 7.9.
The garment division, including contributions from Young Brand Apparel, delivered a strong performance with revenue of Rs 3,729.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of Rs 542.7 million, representing a margin of 14.6%. However, S.P. Retail Ventures Ltd recorded revenue of Rs 148.6 million with a negative EBITDA of Rs 20.7 million, while S.P. Apparels UK (P) Ltd posted revenue of Rs 147.8 million with a marginal EBITDA loss of Rs 0.4 million.
Export performance also remained strong, with sales volume reaching 18.6 million pieces in Q1 FY26, compared to 13.8 million pieces in the same period last year, highlighting continued demand momentum in global markets.
