Sedo Treepoint To Unveil Next-Gen Textile Automation Solutions At ITMA ASIA 2025

Sedo Treepoint, part of the Vandewiele Group, is set to showcase its latest innovations in textile automation and digitalization at ITMA ASIA 2025, Hall 8, Booth B410. Under the theme “Textile Solutions Together”, the company will present integrated solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality and sustainability across textile production.
Product Spotlight: Sedomat 6010 Controller
A major highlight at the booth will be the Sedomat 6010 Controller, the newest member of Sedo Treepoint’s successful 6000/8000 series. Compact, modular and cost-effective, the new controller is designed for seamless integration and brings advanced automation capabilities to a wider spectrum of textile applications.
Driving Digital Connectivity
Beyond hardware, Sedo Treepoint will spotlight its MES expert systems – SedoMaster, SedoExpert, and EnergyMaster – which enable real-time data exchange, centralized planning and process-wide optimization. Features such as automatic production planning (APS) and intelligent connectivity with machines, ERP systems and chemical dosing units help manufacturers boost efficiency and performance.
The company will also launch Connect, a new cloud-based platform designed to serve the entire textile value chain. By enabling centralized data access and scalable infrastructure without heavy upfront investment, Connect offers manufacturers real-time insights across all production stages – extending well beyond dyeing and finishing.
In addition, ColorMasterConnect, a device-independent, web-based application, will be demonstrated. It provides agile and intuitive tools for precise colour management, ensuring accuracy and flexibility in production workflows.
Innovation with Purpose
“Automation and AI are powerful when combined with human expertise,” said Werner Volkaert, CEO of Sedo Treepoint. “Our solutions are designed to merge intelligent automation with deep industry knowledge, helping manufacturers use resources more efficiently and sustainably while ensuring higher quality and shorter lead times.”
Future-Ready Solutions
Visitors to the booth will also see live demonstrations from Sedo Treepoint’s partner Smart Indigo, further underlining the group’s focus on sustainable innovation. Together, these solutions promise to help textile manufacturers streamline operations, reduce lead times and deliver consistent, high-quality results in an increasingly competitive global market.
