Sedo Treepoint Will Show Several Innovations At ITMA
Germany based manufacturer of integrated automation systems, data acquisition, colour management systems and control systems for the textile dyeing and finishing industry, Sedo Treepoint will be showing latest technologies at ITMA 2023.
The highlight is the Sedomat 6000/8000 series which comes in four different sizes. One of which is Sedomat 6007, a cost-effective solution for high degree automation which offers many flexible internal I/O options.
While, Sedomat 8007 has a 7” touch user interface and is the perfect solution for lab machines and data acquisition and Sedomat 8010 comes with a 10.1” touch display which can be adapted to every dyeing and finishing machine. With a maximum of 48 internal IO, it can already be used for many machines or be easily expanded adding Sedo IO’s.
Sedomat 8015 offers a big 15.4” display for visualization of processes and is the ideal choice for most complex machines including continuous machines. Here the max internal IO is possible up to 8010.
According to the company, SedoMaster MES is the core of the production shop floor, offering intelligent central production planning, control, monitoring, and reporting and is a useful tool for all key operators and the management due to the connection of all dyeing and finishing machines.
Another technology, ColorMaster is an expert system for recipe management and colour measurement and the windows based software calculates the best and most cost-effective recipe in laboratory and in production.
Additionally, Sedo Treepoint will showcase EnergyMaster, a tool to measure, control and target energy consumption. Another product on display is the Textile Manufacturing Simulation system (TMS), which has been developed to create the most efficient production schedule for all active production orders (SFOs).
SedoAPP is an extension to SedoMaster MES solution which allows users to keep track of their operations whenever they want and wherever they are.
