Shiva Texyarn Secures Rs 36.19 Crore Order From Indian Air Force
Shiva Texyarn has received a significant order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, for the supply of 16,000 pairs of NBC Suit Permeable MK V to the Indian Air Force. The order, valued at Rs 36.19 crore, is set to be delivered between January 3, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
This follows an earlier order from the Indian Army for the supply of 26,574 sets of extreme cold weather clothing. Shiva Texyarn, known for its manufacturing and marketing of cotton yarn and other textile products, is also involved in wind power generation.
