Sintex Industries Appoints Manish Swami As Vice President – Human Resources
Sintex Industries Limited has appointed Manish Swami as Vice President – Human Resources, strengthening its leadership team as it advances its growth and transformation agenda. In this role, he will spearhead the company’s HR strategy, oversee talent management and drive people-focused initiatives aimed at aligning workforce capabilities with long-term business objectives.
Swami brings with him extensive experience in human capital management and organisational development. Prior to this appointment, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Sangam India Ltd., Bhilwara. He has also held key leadership positions, including General Manager – HR at Mafatlal Industries Limited and BMD Private Limited.
Over the years, he has built deep expertise in executive development, industrial relations and managing large, diverse workforces. His appointment is expected to further strengthen Sintex Industries’ focus on building a high-performance, future-ready organisation.
