SRTEPC Team Visiting USA To Promote Technical Textiles

A delegation from the Synthetic and Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) will visit the US to meet top American companies and expand export of manmade fibres and technical textiles.

SRTEPC which was set up to promote manmade fibre textile industry in India has now been assigned the task to promote technical textiles from India.

“The recent visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to USA would mark a milestone in the bilateral relationship between the two countries, and would lead to significant investments in India and the development of trade,”, Chairman at SRTEPC said.

Bhadresh Dodhia also added that the US is also a source of high quality raw materials like speciality yarns, aramid yarns and filter fabrics that the Indian manufacturers require in manufacturing technical textiles.
