Super Spinning To Sell Or Lease Elgi Towers Property
Super Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors have approved a proposal to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of its land and building located at ‘Elgi Towers’, Coimbatore.
The move is subject to shareholder approval through a special resolution and compliance with Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations. The company will initiate a postal ballot for this purpose.
The property contributed Rs 48.40 lakh in revenue and Rs 1,164.36 lakh in net worth in FY 2024–25. The buyer is yet to be identified, and the transaction will involve unrelated parties at market value.
