Swedish Company Coloreel Inks $2mn Deal With Asian Manufacturer
Coloreel, which is a manufacturer of Instant Thread Colouring Unit for thread colouring on demand has signed a US $2 million deal with an Asian manufacturer, who supplies to renowned global brands.
In a press release, the Swedish company said this agreement is a significant milestone for Coloreel and its innovative products.
The Instant Thread Colouring Unit enables manufacturers to instantly dye a white thread into an unlimited spectrum of colours, all in real-time.
At the same time, this technology makes production more efficient by using digital processes and automation, while saving up to 97 percent of water compared to traditional thread dyeing.
“While the initial delivery of the on-demand digital thread-dyeing units is set for October this year, the majority of the volume will be shipped during 2024,” Coloreel added.
“We are thrilled about this partnership and eagerly anticipate collaborating to produce high-quality products utilising our patented technology,” Torbjörn Bäck, CEO of Coloreel said.
