Garware Technical Fibres has announced an investment of GBP 9.39 million in its wholly owned UK subsidiary, Garware Technical Fibres UK (GTF UK), through the subscription of 93,94,444 equity shares. The funds will be used to acquire 100% equity in Norway-based Offshore and Trawl Supply AS (OTS)
