JD Sports Fashion Plc has finalized its acquisition of Groupe Courir S.A.S for €520 million, following conditional clearance from the European Commission on October 22, 2024, and the fulfillment of all required conditions. Régis Schultz, CEO of JD Sports Fashion Plc, described the acquisition
