Welspun Living has approved the acquisition of a 35% stake in Welspun Corporate Services (WCSL) for Rs 35,000 through the purchase of 3,500 equity shares. The remaining 65% stake in WCSL will be held by other Welspun Group entities. The approval was granted by the company’s board of directors
