TechnoSport Integrates Karl Mayer Tricot Machines At Perundurai Mega Factory
TechnoSport has become the first company in South India to integrate Karl Mayer’s high-performance tricot machines into its activewear and sportswear production at its new mega factory in Perundurai. The state-of-the-art HKS 3-M warp knitting machines enhance the brand’s manufacturing capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to high-quality, accessible apparel with a focus on sustainability and global expansion.
As part of this initiative, TechnoSport successfully launched its “DuraCool+” product line using the HKS 3-M machines. The brand now plans to introduce innovative all-day pants, combining the durability of woven trousers with the comfort and flexibility of knitwear.
To showcase these advancements, TechnoSport, Karl Mayer, and A.T.E. jointly hosted an in-house exhibition at the Perundurai facility in mid-February 2025. The event highlighted the potential of warp knitting technology in transforming India’s activewear market.
