With plans to establish 2000 machines across two greenfield independent units in Shiggaon, Karnataka, and Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, the venture is set to create over 4000 new jobs, backed by a joint investment of USD 20 million.

The collaboration between Busana and Texport marks the formation of a new entity, focusing on joint marketing, merchandising and production activities, along with customer and knowledge transfer across both companies. Leveraging their respective strengths, the venture aims to enhance manufacturing efficiency and sustainability while elevating product offerings for global brands and retailers.

With an annual manufacturing capacity of 27 million and 50 million units respectively, Busana and Texport have a diversified product category portfolio catering to key global brands. Privately owned and professionally managed, Texana’s strategic focus will revolve around continuous investments in innovation, including technology upgradation, automation, digitalization and sustainability initiatives.
