Trident Launches Pan-India Drive To Hire 3,000+ Workers
Trident Limited, the flagship company of the Trident Group, has launched a nationwide recruitment drive to hire more than 3,000 employees across its manufacturing operations, reinforcing its focus on employment generation and skill development.
The large-scale hiring initiative aligns with the national vision of strengthening India’s manufacturing ecosystem and enhancing workforce capabilities in the textile sector. The company said the recruitment push reflects its continued investment in human capital as a key pillar of long-term growth.
Pooja B. Luthra, Group CHRO, said the initiative aims to build a resilient and future-ready workforce while contributing to India’s emergence as a global manufacturing hub.
The drive will cover multiple technical and operational roles, including operators, weavers, stitchers, fitters and electricians. Selection will be based on qualifications and relevant industry experience.
Trident has introduced a structured compensation framework aligned to experience levels. Professionals with up to three years of experience will receive Rs 25,000 per month, those with three to five years Rs 36,000 and candidates with five to seven years of expertise Rs 50,000 per month.
In addition to competitive pay, employees will be offered performance-linked incentives, structured learning and development programmes, free hostel accommodation, subsidised meals, medical benefits, Provident Fund and ESI coverage, as well as access to sports and gym facilities.
Through this recruitment initiative, Trident aims to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities while supporting inclusive growth and long-term career development within the textile workforce.
