Trützschler Nonwovens And Texnology Collaborate To Enhance Technical Centre
Trützschler Nonwovens, in partnership with Texnology from Italy, is spearheading the transformation of the Nonwovens Customer and Technical Centre (NCTC) in Egelsbach, Germany. The ambitious project involves the installation of a T-Suprema needle-punching line, marking a significant development in the nonwovens industry.
The journey commenced on September 25, 2023, and within a mere 30 hours, the pre-needler and the felt drafter were expertly positioned. An additional 7 hours later, the second needle loom was seamlessly installed, signaling the rapid progress of this endeavour.
This transformative effort is set to equip the NCTC with a comprehensive range of capabilities, including a combined spun-lacing and through-air bonding line, along with various web forming capabilities. Additionally, the centre will feature a cross-lapping/needle-punching line boasting an industrial working width.
The collaboration between Trützschler Nonwovens and Texnology represents a significant leap forward in the nonwovens industry, promising advanced technologies and enhanced capabilities.
