Under Armour Appoints Reza Taleghani As EVP & CFO

Under Armour, Inc., announced that Reza Taleghani will join the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in February 2026. He will succeed David Bergman, who will step down after 21 years with the company. Bergman will remain with Under Armour through the first quarter of fiscal 2027 to support a smooth transition.

Reza brings global experience, financial expertise and strategic insight that align with our priorities for the next chapter.”

Taleghani joins Under Armour from Samsonite Group S.A., where he has served as EVP and CFO since 2018, leading global financial and operational transformation efforts. Before that, he held senior roles at Brightstar Corp., J.P. Morgan and Sterling Airlines A/S. He holds a JD/MBA from Villanova University and dual bachelor’s degrees from Brown University.
